If you teach in the middle school setting, you know how difficult it can be to combat sleepy students who are disengaged. With these silly, creepy, and crazy would you rather questions, you can rest assured that they will perk right up and be ready to participate and share their opinions!

► There are two versions included!

⭐️ Version 1: Vote With Your Feet

Get your students up and moving during class by having them answer the would you rather questions with their feet! This makes a fantastic and quick brain break that energizes students.

• Use the included presentation to display a would you rather prompt on your whiteboard.
• Have students vote with their feet and move to the right/left side of the room to answer.

This method ensures every student gets to answer, PLUS it helps to wake them up so they can finish class strong!

⭐️ Version 2: Printable Cards

Use the printable Would You Rather cards to “break the ice” when your students have to work with an assigned partner or group. Or, use them as attendance questions, as bell-ringer writing prompts, & much more!

This version of the icebreaker removes the movement component but allows for much more flexibility to fit your needs.
